Yes — Abbeystone operates its own waste removal team. We do not subcontract this service, which means consistent quality, direct accountability, and faster response times.
What types of waste do you remove?
We remove bulky items, furniture, white goods, general rubbish, garden waste, and full property contents. We do not handle hazardous materials such as asbestos, chemicals, or clinical waste.
Is there a discount for blocks Abbeystone already manages?

Can you remove items from communal areas as well as individual flats?
Absolutely. We cover both — from a single sofa left in a hallway to a full flat clearance. We can also clear communal bin stores, car parks, and external grounds.
How quickly can you respond?
For managed blocks, we aim to respond within 24–48 hours for communal area issues. Full property clearances are typically scheduled within a few working days.
Do you cover the whole of England?
Yes. Our waste removal service is available across England, consistent with our wider property management coverage.
