Richard Monk is a Chartered Building Surveyor with considerable experience of Residential Block Management.
Richard has previously been a Director and Head of Surveying Services for one of the country's largest Property Management Groups.
Richard also runs his own surveying practice giving professional advice and services to both private individuals and corporate clients.
His expertise is spread between large scale developments, planning, renovations, project supervision and professional survey work.
Coming from a background in the construction and property industry, James has worked for some of the country's biggest developers in both the residential new build, housing association and commercial sectors.
James has previously run his own construction business as well as being a contract manager for a national firm in the industry, handling large scale works and developments nationwide.
Used to working to strict budgeting and time constraints James understands the need for excellent client communication, accommodation and close attention to detail.
James is looking forward to utilising his experience to promote exciting ongoing new growth in the family business and building on our existing foundation of excellent client relationships.

With 30 years accounting experience Julie is head of the centralised accounts for the company.
Managing each individual client account Julie collates the service charge credit control, manages cash flow along with reconciling the bank.
Julie also assists in the preparation and analysis of budgets for our clients and is the head point of contact for client accounting queries.
Having worked in conveyancing since 1997 Maggie has a wealth of experience and knowledge in all the related issues.
Liaising with solicitors Maggie primarily responds to all our leasehold enquiries, issues our management information packs to prospective purchasers and provides all the required information. Thereafter.
Maggie is also able to help with all Land registry enquiries and any other general legal aspects of management.
Jackie is head of our Norwich Branch and manages the running of the portfolio. Working closely with every company, she will be in attendance at each AGM and subsequently implement the wishes of the client.
Whether that involves small or large scale works, Jackie will oversee the project from start to finish liaising with the contractors and assuring cost effective quality.
Jackie's remit also includes, Taking on and assessing new business, the general running of each block, the maintenance, insurance, power and services alongside dealing with individual issues raised by Directors.
Regular inspections and good client communications ensure Jackie is able to not only assist in planning the future development of a site, but able to allocate the correct resources to their best use for a marked improvement.
The youngest member of staff, Nicolas is currently working with us in an apprenticeship capacity.
His daily duties include dealing with telephone and email enquiries, logging maintenance faults, preparing documentation and assisting with general office duties.
Nicholas understands the importance of attention to detail and ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard, with his enthusiasm and ability to learn Nicolas is fast becoming a great asset to the company and looking forward to being able to take on more responsibility.
Working from our Norwich Branch, Sue is manager of all daily accounting duties.
These range from Booking and banking all monies and ensuring contractors are paid, to the monthly bank reconciliation and distribution of our invoicing.
Working in conjunction with our Maldon Branch, Sue also assists in collation of financial information across the property portfolio.
